Most of the following World of Warcraft Priest craftable items are obviously the result of tailoring, although leatherworkers can also make some nice items for priests, the most important being Hide of the Wild. Here are some of the most useful priest craftables in the game until level 60:

The following list comprises the most useful BoE priest gear drops in World of Warcraft before the Burning Crusade, from level 40 to 60. Most of these items are usually World drops so there's no real way to "grind" for them. If you get lucky to have it drop even better, but if not you can easily get them with the help of some World of Warcraft gold, from the Auction House.
